granted, it has been quite some time since i've had a chance to look at the genuine article in real life, and i'm not so sure i actually did look at it then, so you be the judge.
I use Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap, which I guess looks more like pee.
Though my Mane 'n Tail shampoo would qualify.
There was a little while, though, when I was using the kind of shampoo that's supposed to keep your bleached hair more platinum and less yellow -- it was very saturated black-light-looking purple.
it seems it would sting to have shampoo in there. the shampoo i had been using is metallic purple, but i decided to use the other kind in there, which led me to the whole thought.

The first time I saw the substance we're comparing things to, I had the opposite thought: How did shampoo get in there!?
